Dr. Grace Tang

Dr. Grace Tang did her undergraduate work at the University of Maryland Baltimore County. She studied medicine at Pennsylvania State College of Medicine and did her Family Medicine training at Franklin Square Hospital Center in Baltimore, MD. She grew up mostly in Canada and Maryland. She is board certified in Family Medicine. She practices the broad spectrum of family medicine. She particularly enjoys preventive healthcare and women’s health issues. She has practiced in the Wake Forest and North Raleigh area for over 10 years. She and her husband Brian have an awesome, but stubborn border terrier, Sandy. In her free time, Dr. Tang loves to travel, workout (sometimes), and craft.

Dr. Robert Gardner

Dr. Gardner did his undergraduate training at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. He did his medical and residency training at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC. He is board certified in Family Medicine. Dr. Gardner has practiced in the Wake Forest area for 8 years and grew up in North Carolina. He enjoys a broad scope of practice including, chronic illness, preventive medicine, and sports medicine. Some of his interests outside of medicine include running, playing and listening to music, and travel. Dr. Gardner enjoys spending time with his family. He lives in Raleigh with his wife Danielle and twin daughters.

Dr. Thomas Curtis

Dr. Thomas Curtis is a native of Newburgh, NY and a graduate of Texas Christian University and Texas College of Osteopathic medicine in Fort Worth, TX. He completed his residency training at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC, after which he practiced family medicine in Myrtle Beach for five years. Dr. Curtis has been a physician in the Wake Forest area for the past 14 years. His medical interests include diabetes, hypertension, musculoskeletal issues and general health maintenance. He is board certified in family medicine. Dr. Curtis lives in north Raleigh with his wife, three children and his dog, Copper. His interests outside of the clinic include hiking, traveling and live theater.

Caroline Shore

Caroline is a board certified Physician Assistant. She completed her undergraduate degree at NC State University and graduated from Duke University’s Physician Assistant program in 2017. Prior to joining the Family First team, she worked in internal medicine with a focus on geriatrics. She enjoys the variety and patient-provider relationship building that primary care offers; her particular interests include preventative healthcare, women’s health, and chronic disease management. Beyond her time in clinic, Caroline enjoys traveling, reading, and exploring the bountiful cultural scene of the Triangle.

Scottie Taylor

Scottie is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She completed her undergraduate degree at North Carolina Central University and started graduate school at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill but moved and completed her studies with Concordia University in Wisconsin in 2012. Prior to joining the Family First team, she has worked in family practice and urgent care settings in Wisconsin and back in her home state of North Carolina in Raleigh and Asheville. She enjoys health promotion and disease prevention across the lifespan, and working with each patient to achieve their health goals. She speaks Spanish and enjoys practicing her French and German.

In her free time Scottie is happy to be back close to her family here in the area. She likes to exercise, cook, garden, watch movies and spend time with her blended family of 5 children and one high energy dog named Misha.

Ramsey Osborn, PA-C

Ramsey is a board certified Physician Assistant. She completed her undergraduate training and her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies at East Carolina University. She has a passion for preventative care, building relationships and chronic disease management. She grew up mostly in Jacksonville, North Carolina, but lived in Okinawa (Japan), Alaska and Illinois as well. In her free time she enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling and going to concerts!
